How this site uses browser storage
Cookies are small files that websites can store in a browser. This static site’s preference interface uses localStorage to remember whether you accepted, rejected or customised optional categories. LocalStorage is a browser storage mechanism; it is not itself a cookie, and it is scoped to the website origin. It helps the site avoid showing the initial consent prompt on every page after you have made a choice.
The site does not currently use an analytics service, advertising network or third-party tracking pixel. Selecting Analytics in preferences does not activate analytics, because no measurement product is implemented. The category is provided so the choice is transparent if the site’s functions change later. Functional preferences are also offered, but no additional functional display setting is currently saved. Essential storage supports the consent choice and core preference interface.
Storage categories
| Category | Purpose | Example | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core site functionality | Consent preference | Persistent while stored |
| Analytics | Usage measurement | Analytics identifier, if implemented | Depends on actual system |
| Functional | Remember user preferences | Saved display preference, if implemented | Depends on actual system |
The table describes categories in the preference interface, not a claim that optional identifiers are currently installed. Essential consent information is stored locally in your browser. Its availability depends on browser settings, private-browsing behaviour and whether site data has been cleared.
Changing your choice
Select Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the preference panel. You can enable or disable optional categories and save your choice. Essential storage is always enabled because the site needs to remember your decision. You can also clear the site’s stored data through your browser controls. Clearing storage may cause the banner to appear again.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you review, block or remove cookies through their privacy or site-settings controls. In Chrome, look under Settings and Privacy and security; in Firefox, use Settings and Privacy & Security; in Safari, review Settings or Preferences under Privacy; in Microsoft Edge, use Settings and Cookies and site permissions. Menu labels change between browser versions, so consult the browser’s own help if these paths differ.
Blocking cookies does not necessarily remove or block all forms of browser storage. LocalStorage may be managed separately through site data or developer privacy controls. Removing the site’s data clears the remembered consent setting. Blocking storage may prevent preferences from persisting and cause the site to ask again or behave differently.
Third parties, updates and contact
No third-party analytics or advertising technology is configured in this version. A hosting provider may process basic technical requests to deliver the static pages; its processing is governed by its own terms and privacy information. If the website adds a service that uses optional storage, this policy and the consent interface should be updated before that service is activated, and consent should be obtained where required.
We may revise this policy when site functionality or legal requirements change. The update date above indicates the most recent editorial revision. Questions about browser storage or this policy can be sent to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for more information about the site’s data practices.
